Samsung Series 7 Chronos 14” Notebook is a latest generation of ultra-thin notebook, which will be presented at IFA, Berlin and Korean companies who spoke during a press conference the opening of the exhibition. Don't be weighed down by wasted time, let your PC come alive when you need it. With Samsung's exclusive Fast Start technology, simply close the lid to enter a hybrid sleep mode. When you open the lid, you are up and running in as little as two seconds.

The first fact is placed in 14-inch shell, while the second at 13.3-inches, thus increasing the cohesiveness of the laptop, without sacrificing performance. An ambient light sensor then automatically adjusts the lighting of the screen and keyboard. In it we will find a dual core processor 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5 Model for 14-inch Core i7-2675QM 2.2 GHz version with a bigger screen.

8 GB of RAM, hard disk storage solution hybrid drive 750 GB and 8 GB SSD-equipped ExpressCharge for super fast start-up (19 seconds to boot and only 2 seconds to get out of bed), graphics card AMD Radeon HD 6450M dedicated (for model smallest) or HD 6750M, DVD burner, 1.3 megapixel webcam, USB 3.0, HDMI digital video output, and Ethernet and 802.11b/g/n WiFi equipment will be completed, together with a battery life of 9 hours and is expressed by Battery Life Plus technology, capable of ensuring the maintenance of 80% of original capacity after 1500 charge cycles.

Samsung also includes two proprietary software which should improve the user experience of the new Chronos. Migrate Easy allows to easily transfer all user data from the previous notebook via USB or via Ethernet or WiFi connection, while the Samsung Control Centre offers total control various features of notebooks.

Samsung Series 7 Chronos will be formally presented, when the company also will announce an official price and date availability. The latest rumor, however, the new notebooks will be available starting in October at a price of U.S. $ 1,149
